General Definitions
- The Bookmaker Company, known as the Company hereafter, operates the MegaPari online resource, offering users the opportunity to place bets on events online. The Company's Brand, MegaPari, distinguishes it from others, making it easily recognizable among users.
- Company Website or Resource. This refers to one or more Company websites containing the Company's Brand, either wholly or partially, in the domain name.
- Company Products. These are services or sets of services offered to users on the Company's resources.
- Affiliate Program. This is a cooperative effort between the Company and a Partner, facilitated through the Company's resources, particularly MegaPari Partners. Partners use their own resources to advertise the Company's services and receive compensation.
- Partner. A Partner is a webmaster, either an individual or legal entity, participating in the Partner Program. Their main goal is to attract new users to the Company's resource and promote its products.
- Affiliate Account. This is the Partner's personal account in the Affiliate Program.
- New Users. These are users who, attracted by a Partner using special tools provided by the Company, register an account on MegaPari and make a deposit.
- Referral Link. A unique link leading to the Company's website, containing a Partner's unique ID.
- Earnings. The monetary reward received by the Partner as a commission from the profit generated by users attracted by them.
- Payout. This refers to the payment transferred to the Partner from the internal account of the Partner Program to the account.
- Reporting Period. A defined timeframe during which the Partner can track their work results within the Partner Program.
- Advertising Materials. These include text, graphics, audio, video, and mixed materials used to promote the Company's products.
Terms of the Agreement
General Terms and Conditions
The Partner must accept the Partner Program's terms before proceeding. Only individuals aged 18 or above can participate. The Company is not liable for third-party compliance. The Partner is responsible for their personal data security. The Company can refuse cooperation without explanation. Agreement changes are communicated via email. Multiple registrations are allowed, but payments go to one account, and sub-partner registration is banned.
Placement of Advertising Materials
Within the Partner Program, partners must place approved Advertising Materials on their resources, adhering to legal and ethical standards. All Partner-generated materials need approval from the Partner Program representative. Comparisons with other brands are forbidden, and Partners must ensure the relevance and compliance of Advertising Materials.
Traffic Sources
The Partner must provide comprehensive information about their traffic sources during registration. Deliberate concealment of traffic sources may result in penalties, including account suspension. The Company's Moderation Service monitors traffic sources for compliance.
Use of the Company's Intellectual Property
The Partner is prohibited from copying the appearance of Company websites or landing pages. Using the Company's logos, graphics, or marketing materials without consent is prohibited. The Partner cannot register or use variations of the Company's main Brand or other brands owned by the Company. Violations may result in a review of cooperation terms.
Competition
The Partner cannot send Advertising Materials on behalf of Company representatives. The Partner must avoid competition with the Company in promoting sites. Certain advertising methods, such as spam and contextual advertising, are prohibited. Incentives to register or deposit without Company consent are prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension.
Confidential Information
The Partner may receive confidential information during the Agreement. They must not share it without Company consent. This rule continues after the Agreement ends. Violations may lead to termination and penalties.
Commission for Attracting New Users
Partner earnings depend on Company income from New Users and traffic quality. Commissions vary based on newcomers' activity. After three years of cooperation, the Company may adjust terms based on Partner activity.
Payment of Commission Fees
Partners can withdraw earnings weekly, subject to minimum payment thresholds. Payment delays of up to two months may occur due to technical issues or verification processes.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
Partners can contest decisions by emailing the Partner Program Support Service. Complaints without evidence may be rejected. Decisions are final, and inappropriate communication may lead to cooperation termination.
Traffic Evaluation
Analysts monitor website traffic for genuine player behaviour. Deviations from normal traffic patterns may trigger investigation. Certain traffic patterns may indicate fraudulent behaviour. Compensation may be withheld for traffic deemed fraudulent.
